Processing:
Orders are extracted from your sheet and sent to the processing team at different stages of the day, we do not work at set times, this way we try to accommodate all users as everyones lives are different. However it is advised for an optimised experience loading your sheet before 9am then again around 5:30pm.
Once orders are sent to the processing team they’ll be placed within a few hours. But generally speaking there is a 24 hour wait to see if the order will go through or the account will get closed. It isn’t common that accounts get closed – it’s not a daily occurrence, but once those 24-48 hours are up and the orders are in transit they’ll get the tracking converted and your sheet will reflect that.
If the account closes, they’ll attempt again. Then if it happens a 3rd time they’ll cancel the order for you to process it.
The Spreadsheet:
1. The date should reflect the date you add the order to the sheet
2. Add the Amazon URL link of the product from the single product page
3. Add an eBay customers note to client note if needed
4. When you copy and paste the eBay ID number hold shift + CTRL + paste (Holding shift keeps the same format as the sheet which helps the team.)
5. Copy the whole address using the the copy symbol next to the title “Post to” on the eBay address page
6. If the quantity is 2 do not put Amazon price x2 just put the price for a single unit
7. Please ask before adding extra columns to your sheet if desired
8. If the Amazon product has a coupon or discount please make a note in the client note stating “10% discount please apply” then add the Amazon price as if the coupon or discount has been applied.
Returns:
1. Firstly fill out the required details on the returns tab on the sheet. Inform us, we’ll then request the label from the team.
2. Screenshots of the return case or customers message requesting the return are required, please take the screenshot and upload it to this site:-

3. The site will generate your screenshot into a link which you can add to the column on the returns tab on your sheet.
4. Not all return labels will be prepaid QR codes due to it causing Amazon account closures.
5. You may be provided an unpaid label along with a barcode. In this case instruct the customer to fix the label to the outside of the box and place the barcode inside.
6. All customers need to provide a receipt as proof of sending. Once sent again use the above link (https://prnt.sc/) to generate a link of the receipt to provide to the team for your refund.
7. With the non-pre paid process the customer obviously needs to pay for the return and if they ask you to refund them you’ll need to take their sort code/account number or send via PayPal.
8. If you would prefer to you can request for the customer to send the item to your address using an eBay return label. Then you can follow the steps above yourself and complete the return.
Payment:
Payment is accepted via crypto. If you have experience please inform us which network you can use to send USDT.
If you do not have experience using crypto please follow the steps below:
1. Download the app “Kraken” once verification is passed you will be able to deposit GBP (This can take 24 – 48 hours). When you make your deposit Kraken will link to your banking app you have on your device. If this fails, inform us and we’ll personally guide you on how to send using direct bank transfer.
Open the app
Select the centre button below
Select deposit
Select GBP
Link bank account
Select your bank account
Enter desired amount
Review
Confirm
There will be a wait of up to 10 minutes for the funds to reach your account.
You’ll be informed via email once the deposit has arrived.
2. Now you want to visit this site on your desktop:-

You’ll see your total balance now you have deposited
Select Trade
Select Advanced
Search USDT/GBP
Select GBP
Enter the amount you want to send in the volume bar (For example £100)
Order type must be changed to market
So your selections will look like below:
Double check compared to the above and reach out if you have a concern.
3. Then select “Buy USDT with GBP”
4. Confirm your order
5. Then Select the Kraken symbol top left to revisit the home dashboard
6. Now you’ll see your GBP has purchased USDT crypto and you are holding this USDT, now it’s time to send it.
Select the 3 dots to the right on your assets column
Select WIthdrawal
USDT & Withdrawal will be selected
Select Network = Polygon (Important)
Network must match the crypto address we provide
Add withdrawal address (We will provide)
Add withdrawal amount you’re sending
Submit
Next, to the right will be your “Recent transactions”
Logging your payments
Select the transaction you just made
Copy the amount:- 683.16960000 USDT
Copy the date and time:- 06-04-2024 18:30:08 +01:00
Paste each of these details on the labelled columns on the payments tab on your sheet.
Percentages
Orders costing £10 or higher will receive a 10% discount.
Orders costing £5 – £9.99 will receive a 5% discount.
Orders costing £4.99 or lower aren’t including in this method
Refunds/Returns
The step by step guide to getting a refund for a return/cancelled order/none received case.
Inform us you have added these details to the returns/tracking tab on your sheet:

Please take screenshots of the return case or customers message and upload it to this site:-

Once uploaded a link will be generated which you can copy and paste onto your sheet.
Once the return label is ready we’ll inform you it’s been added to your sheet ready for you to send to your customer.
Once you have sent the return label to your customer, ask them to request a receipt from the post office. Ask them to send you a photo of the receipt as proof they have sent it.
Add this as a link using https://prnt.sc/
to your sheet, inform us once done.
Once we receive this confirmation we will add the row + amount you paid to the returns/tracking tab.
Following this we will add the same details to the payment tab under “User Refunds” as this amount will then be deducted from the next payment you send.
